The workshop is from
11:00 am-1:00pm
in the beautiful fitness studio in the Spa at
Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. After class, you
are cordially invited to enjoy the facilities including
the mineral pools, signature Bathing Ritual, steam and
sauna and all fitness and meditation classes.
